Trauma Therapy
Have you experienced trauma and aren't sure what to do next? Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others? Are your relationships struggling? Trauma therapy is a form of therapy that helps clients process and integrate traumatic memories, manage distressing emotions, and develop coping skills. Trauma therapy aims to empower individuals, foster resilience and promote a sense of safety and control over your life.

Individual Therapy
Has anxiety started creeping into your everyday life? Maybe you're finding it challenging to enjoy things that you used to. Perhaps you're experiencing a life transition, such as starting college, job stress, or divorce. Perhaps you recently (or not so recently!) became a parent and are finding it more challenging than you anticipated. Individual therapy provides a confidential and safe space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We can work on personal goals, gaining insights, and developing healthy coping strategies.

Couples Therapy
Are you finding communication a challenge in your relationship? Has your relationship experienced a betrayal? Maybe you are on the brink of a separation or divorce. Maybe you are feeling more like roommates and less like lovers. The goal of couples therapy is to improve your relationship. We can work through issues, enhance communication, and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling partnership. You do NOT need to be married to participate in marriage/couples therapy. And, if your partner declines therapy, counseling can still be effective for you.

Family Therapy
Are the holidays approaching and you're dreading what's going to happen with your family? Are you struggling to connect with your kids? Is your family going through a challenging event or life transition? The goal of family therapy is to change the family system in a way that helps support all members of the family. Family therapy can involve any combination of family members. Family therapy focuses on understanding and addressing the dynamics within a family system to promote positive change and enhance overall well-being.

A Custom Approach
Therapy isn't one size fits all. At CCTS, we offer a custom approach for each of our clients. We will start with understanding where you are now, the challenges you are facing, and where you want to go. We will put a plan in place to help you move towards healing, and celebrate your successes along the way. We will work through issues at your pace.
